Reliable quality, good delivery
This was my third order from Lichi, and once again, they delivered. I got a flowy maxi dress this time, and it's just as pictured. Shipping took about 6 days to get to my place in Florida, which is pretty standard for them. Their sizing has been consistent for me across different items, which is why I keep coming back. Cute top, long shipping time
I ordered a crop top and a pleated skirt. The skirt is really nice, good material, and the pleats hold well. The crop top is also cute, exactly what I expected from the photos. Ordering was straightforward on their site, no issues there. Delivery, though, took nearly two weeks which felt a bit long, took 13 days to reach Boston. I did try contacting customer service about the tracking number update and got a reply in about 2 days, which was fine. The items were well-packaged. Overall, happy with the clothes, just wish shipping was a bit faster.
